In our ordinary menu we have Pork, Chicken, Beef as well as different kinds of fish dishes .
Here is a few dishes listed only as it can wary a lot from one day to another.
Chicken, Pork Adobo.
Adobo is the most unique national dish of the Philippines. Most warm-weather countries have through the centuries developed recipes that preserve food while flavouring it. This dish is different than many because of its strong component of vinegar. It is at once sour, salty, and drenched in garlic.
Bicol express It is a stew made from long chillies, coconut milk, shrimp paste, onions, pork and garlic.
Kare-kare
Is a stew made with beef, variety meats like offal or tripe and oxtail. Vegetables like banana flower bud, eggplant, string beans and Chinese pechay are also added. It is then stewed in beef stock that has been thickened with ground roasted peanuts and glutinous rice then colored with Atsuete. The meats being used may vary since some versions make use of goat, pork or sometimes chicken as their base.

Large Shrimps extra charge of PHP 500.
Crab fish (medium) extra charge is PHP 350.
Crab fish (small) extra charge is PHP 120.
This extra charges are per Kg.
